A Board member of the Australian Construction Modellers Association (ACMA), Kane represents Multiplan as a member of the Australian Steel Institute and spearheads our national Women in Steel initiative.

Never one to shy away from a challenge, Nayden is a highly skilled project manager, detailer and construction modeller whose construction insights, innovation and design intelligence underpin some of Multiplan’s most complex projects.

Exceptional knowledge of the steel fabrication process enables this critical thinker to not only solve abstract problems, but also ensure solutions can be implemented and steel structures successfully erected on site.

As a consummate relationship-builder, Nayden is pivotal in ensuring engineers, project teams and fabricators can take full advantage of the high-tech, digital construction modelling solutions available to them, and the high level of detail and data that can be captured. The result? Cost efficiencies, and smooth and timely project progress, even on the trickiest, most demanding of structures.

Based in Bulgaria where he started working for his father’s fabrication firm as a teenager, Nayden continues to build his highly skilled team of 3D modellers and detailers as demand for our services continues to grow.

With 12 years’ experience under his belt as a Multiplan detailer and construction modeller, Ryan is always seeking ways we can add value as an integral part of the world’s design and engineering teams.

Developing solutions and innovative ideas to increase efficiency and throughput for the benefit of our clients, he’s raising the bar in our use of technology. Helping us balance our expertise, intuition and experience with the latest information technology systems and processes, Ryan’s innovative thinking is saving our clients both time and money.

Embracing change, this natural problem-solver champions our out-of-the-box thinking, harnessing the power of automation to speed up deliverables and reduce the margin for error in complex modelling and steel detailing scenarios – without losing any of the all-important human factor that enables us to excel at what we do.

Leading the charge when it comes to developing our bespoke software packages, Ryan is helping position Multiplan as a leader in our field.

Skilled at identifying needs across the lifecycle of a project, Colin ensures our project teams have the resources, skills and talent they need to not just get the job done, but to exceed client expectations. Optimum efficiency is always a priority, from resource management and scheduling to tracking and high-level coordination.

Bringing nearly four decades of experience to Multiplan, including a background in civil and structural design, engineering and construction management, Colin is a key player when it comes to Multiplan’s early engagement and design assist services. He is adept at keeping timeframes tight-but-achievable so that workflows stay on track and projects run smoothly.

Leading by example when it comes to achieving quality, timely outcomes for both clients and project partners, Colin understands that talented and engaged employees are central to Multiplan’s ability to always deliver on time and within budget.

A Multiplan shareholder and one of our most experienced senior modellers and detailers, John is developing the next generation of talent at Multiplan. Our trainees are crucial to our business and John is the perfect mentor and coach to help guide them as they move through the ranks.

Networking with schools and colleges to increase awareness of construction modelling as a tech-savvy profession with enormous career potential, John is also bringing our Women in Steel campaign into the spotlight, both for new talent and women returning to the workforce.

After starting with Multiplan as a trainee in 1996, John is proud to say he’s been there every step of the way as we’ve grown into multi-faceted construction industry specialist, translating ideas into fully-resolved models and shop drawings.

Helping our trainees realise their potential as they work towards their career goals, John is ensuring the new breed of construction modelling experts play a pivotal role in the future of our industry.

Nick Moss is an experienced Operations and Standardisation Manager, with 15 years of expertise in the construction modelling field. He plays a critical role in fostering international office relations and maintaining consistent standards across our global teams. Over the years, Nick has become a cornerstone of our efforts to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment across all Multiplan offices.

With his deep understanding of the complexities of global operations, Nick is focused on creating robust systems and processes that not only meet, but exceed industry standards. His work is instrumental in driving efficiency across the board, leveraging his vast experience to streamline operations while ensuring the highest level of quality.

Nick is passionate about continuous improvement, always seeking innovative ways to enhance workflows and maintain operations. His leadership in standardisation efforts helps our teams deliver results that consistently meet our client's needs, while his commitment to maintaining the human touch ensures that our approach remains flexible, adaptive, and people-centred.
